Italian Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    3 Tbsp. Mazola oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 sprigs parsley, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    2 cans tomato paste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry meat slowly until brown; simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add all ingredients except tomato paste.
    Simmer 10 minutes more.
    Add paste to which 1 cup hot water has been added.
    Mix well; simmer at least 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
    Serve over spaghetti.
