Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    2 slices fresh white bread (crust removed)
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. good quality mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    salt and fresh ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter (if frying) *
Preparation
    *Can fry or put under broiler.
