Mexican Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk *
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract

*Or place 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar in 1/2 cup measure; fill with milk.
