Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread, broken up (save ends)
    2/3 c. melted butter and enough cooking oil to make 1 c.
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together in a large bowl by hand.
    Pour in a greased and floured Bundt pan or loaf pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
