Garden Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. dried sweet basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian baked beans
    5 c. cooked rice
    1 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic, onion, carrot, celery, parsley, basil
    and oregano in a small amount of water until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, beans and rice.
