Carrot Latkes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots (6 to 8 carrots)
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 4 Tbsp. oil (for frying)
Preparation

Put eggs in a bowl, and beat with a fork.
Wash and peel carrots, and grate into bowl.
Add rest of ingredients, and mix well.
