Butternut Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Margarine
    3/4 c. Granulated Sugar
    2 Eggs
    (5 oz.) Evaporated Milk
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 c. Butternut Squash, cooked, mashed
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl.
    Beat eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Stir in squash (mixture will be thin).
    Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until almost set.
