Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and butter. Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with corn flake crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
