Pineapple-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda and cinnamon; set aside.
    Combine eggs, sugar and oil in mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Stir in carrots, pineapple and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
