Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    With wire whisk or hand beater, beat until well blended.
    Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle (greased if necessary); cook until edges are dry.
    Turn over until golden.
    Makes 12 or 13 pancakes.
    For thinner pancakes, use 1 1/2 cups of milk.
