Hamburger Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. raw rice
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 c. corn, drained
    1 c. green beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat, seasoning, onions, celery and green peppers until meat has browned some.
    Drain fat.
    Add rice, tomato juice, corn and green beans.
    Add Velveeta over top.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
