Zucchini Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. shredded zucchini (do not peel)
    1 c. shredded/chopped apple
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    1 pkg. (8) refrigerated breadsticks
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. snipped fresh basil or rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried basil or rosemary
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Separate the breadsticks into 8 pieces, leaving them coiled. Place the coils 3 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Press each coil into a 4-inch circle.
