Orange Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. orange juice and rind of 1
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
whites of 4 eggs, beaten and folded into the mixture
Preparation

Don't grease the pan.
Beat the egg yolks until lemon color. Add the sugar gradually.
Add the orange juice and the rind.
Add the flour with the salt.
Sift together once.
Beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture.
