San Francisco Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boned chicken breasts
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic
    2 lemons (I use juice)
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and salt with a fork.
    Melt butter and add garlic.
    Simmer gently for 3 minutes.
    Dip each breast into the butter mixture and then into bread mixture.
    Roll each up tightly and fasten with toothpick.
    Place in buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and the remaining butter and a dash of paprika on each piece.
    Bake 1 hour, basting twice.
