Fettuccine With Turkey-Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettuccine (plain or spinach)
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    6 oz. mushrooms, cut in 1/4-inch slices (about 3 c.)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. frozen or fresh chopped green bell pepper
    1 (about 32 oz.) jar plain spaghetti sauce
    10 oz. cooked turkey or chicken, torn in small shreds (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.
    Add fettuccine and cook according to package directions, stirring frequently until firm to the bite.
    Drain in a colander.
