Cocktail Sausages - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
-
Form sausage into 1 1/2-inch balls and fry.
Drain well. Marinate in sauce overnight made from the remaining ingredients. Heat in chafing dish and serve hot.
