Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple in own juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. boiling water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2/3 c. skim milk powder
Preparation

Place pineapple, vanilla and lemon juice in blender.
Turn on. Leave running.
Add boiling water.
Add gelatin.
Slowly pour in skim milk powder.
Pour into custard cups or pie plate and refrigerate at once. One-fourth of entire recipe equals 1 fruit and 1/4 daily milk allowance.
