Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, peeled
    1 large onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Grate or grind potatoes and onions into a bowl.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Mixture should be the consistency of pudding.
    If too thin, add more flour.
    Drop by large spoonfuls into hot fat about 1/2-inch deep.
    Fry until crisp and golden brown, turning once.
