Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Beat egg with fork. Add remaining ingredients, except blueberries. Stir until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Add blueberries and stir. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
