New England Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can Niblet style corn, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cream or milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix corn.
    Beat in 2 eggs, flour, milk or cream.
    Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Dot with bits of butter (amount of butter is optional).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
