Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Shape into balls and brown in 1/4 cup oil.
Drain meat balls and add to sauce or gravy.
