Meatballs With Onion Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 can onion soup
1 egg
2 Tbsp. bacon fat
Preparation

Mix meats, crumbs, egg and salt thoroughly.
Shape into small balls.
Brown in hot fat.
Add soup, cover and simmer gently. (Or bake in 350\u00b0 oven until meat is well cooked.)
