Flaming Fruit Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen fruit in syrup, thawed
3/4 c. reserved syrup
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. fruit flavored brandy or liqueur
ice cream or sherbet
Preparation

Drain fruit, reserving 3/4 cup syrup.
In a 1-quart bowl, combine cornstarch and a little of reserved juice until smooth. Stir in remaining reserved syrup and lemon juice.
Microwave on Full power until thickened and bubbly.
Fold in fruit.
