Ingredients

1/2 c. cracked pecans
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (butter)
1 stick oleo or butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients well and spread over a large cookie sheet pan and bake until light brown.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
