Tangy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots
    1/2 to 2/3 c. liquid carrots are cooked in
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut carrots into strips and cook in slightly salted water. Reserve water they are cooked in.
    Place carrots in baking dish. Combine and pour over carrots 1/2 to 2/3 cup of liquid, grated onion, horseradish and mayonnaise.
    Combine and sprinkle over top butter and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
