Banana Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup sugar, pecans and cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl, mix 1 cup sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, vanilla and mashed bananas.
    Mix well, then blend sour cream in batter.
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Stir just enough to blend.
    Put 1/2 of cinnamon mixture in bottom of greased Bundt pan.
    Put 1/2 of batter over cinnamon mixture.
    Put remaining cinnamon mixture on top of batter, then add rest of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes until done.
