Cabbage Soup And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 to 3 carrots, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 can water
    1 medium or large head cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. medium noodles
Preparation
    In large pot brown beef and drain, add tomatoes, onions and carrots.
    Slice cabbage thin or shred and add to pot, cook until carrots and cabbage are tender, about 1 hour.
    Serve with noodles or add to soup.

    You can make your broth weaker or stronger, however you like.
