Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cooked
    1 box stuffing mix
    1 cube margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 small cans mushrooms with juice
Preparation
    Brown stuffing mix in magarine.
    Spread 1/2 ounce oil in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Mix soup, sour cream and mushrooms; mix and blend all with chicken.
    Spoon over stuffing mix in pan. Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Decorate with dried parsley. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
