Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (4 oz. each)
    1 wedge mild Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. cayenne spice
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Grate cheese and onion.
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients together in a ball or two long rolls.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Serve with party crackers.
