Black-Eyed Pea Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked black-eyed peas, drained
1 c. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix peas, meat and onion well.
Add eggs and seasoning.
Then add bread crumbs until mixture sticks together and you can make into small balls.
Roll in flour and deep fry.
They will float when done.
Good for a snack or meal.
