Beef And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. cooked, sliced carrots
    8 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and carrots.
    Add to cooked noodles and mix well. Alternate layers of meat mixture and cottage cheese mixture.
    Put in greased 3-quart casserole, beginning and ending with noodles. Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Can be frozen and reheated at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
