Pork Tenderloin In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in 2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. white wine
juice from 3 oranges (save peels)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 bay leaf
4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation

Saute meat in butter until golden brown.
Remove meat from pan.
Saute onion, salt and pepper in butter until onion is tender.
Return meat to skillet.
Pour wine and juice from oranges over meat.
Sprinkle sugar and parsley over; add bay leaf.
Cover and simmer about 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
Serve over rice and garnish with orange peel that has been sliced thin and boiled in small amount of water until tender.
