Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apples, peeled and diced
    2 c. raisins
    3 c. nuts
    3 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar or 1 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. Mapleine flavoring
    4 eggs (5 if small)
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl the apples, raisins and nuts.
    Sift the flour, cinnamon, soda and salt two times and mix with fruit and nuts.
    Beat together thoroughly the brown sugar, or Sweet 'N Low, the Mapleine, eggs, Crisco oil and vanilla.
    Add to apple mixture. Mixture will be hard to mix.
    Do not add more liquid!
    Use 9 x 12-inch pan or tube pan.
    Use butter or shortening to grease pan. Heat oven to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 to 45 minutes.
    Diabetics should calculate fruit sugar based on serving size.
