Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Cherry Tomatoes, halved (about 1 cup)
    1/2 Red Onion, sliced thin (about 1/2 cup)
    1 clove Garlic, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. Basil, thinly sliced
    1 lb. Salmon fillet, cut in half
