Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine (2 cubes)
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
4 c. flour
16 oz. maraschino cherries and juice
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
broken nut meats
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix.
Add dry ingredients and juice.
Mix well.
Add cherries and nuts. Bake in foil-lined or greased pans at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 to 30 minutes.
