Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 carrots
    1 pepper
    2 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grate cabbage, carrots and pepper; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon salt. Mix and let stand 1 hour. Squeeze and drain. Bring to boil remaining ingredients. After liquid is cool, pour over vegetables. Put in box and freeze.
