Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla together, then add baking soda, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and walnuts. Gradually add flour to make the consistency of oatmeal.
    (You may not need all 3 cups of flour.)
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    You can use a Bundt pan, then bake for 1 hour.
