Popsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jell-O
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. cold water
    1 pkg. Kool-Aid
    2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. annotto seed
    5 cloves garlic, whole
    1 Tbsp. black peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. oregano, dried and crushed
    1 white onion
Preparation
    Simmer annotto seed in a little water for 10 minutes.
    Let stand overnight to soften seed.
    Drain.
    Combine seed with garlic, peppercorns, oregano and onion and grind to a fine consistency in an electric spice grinder or a mortar.
    Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
