Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 can peas
    1 pkg. egg roll skins (found in produce department)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef.
    Season to taste.
    Drain peas and mash with potato masher until thick paste.
    Add to ground beef.
    Stir well. This is your filling.
    Your kids will not recognize the peas. Wrap in egg roll skins.
    (There are directions on the package.) Fry in oil until golden brown.
