Ingredients

2 c. flour (self-rising)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
coconut
nuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine flour, 2 cups sugar, eggs and pineapple. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top of cake. Place in oven at 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
