Den'S Baked Dove Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 15 dove breasts
3 or 4 bacon strips
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
1 bell pepper
8 or 10 cherry tomatoes
8 fresh mushrooms
2 cans beef broth
1 sweet onion, sliced
Preparation

Filet dove breasts, slice bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos and bacon.
Place alternating pieces of dove and the other ingredients on a toothpick.
Arrange kabobs in a large Pyrex baking dish.
Add broth and sliced onion on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
