Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen artichokes or spinach
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    5 Tbsp. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw and chop the artichokes.
    In a large skillet, cook the artichokes in the oil over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add the Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese and stir the eggs in the mixture.
    Season with salt.
    Line an 8-inch pan with 1 sheet of puff pastry.
    Pour the mixture into the pastry case.
    Cover with the remaining sheet of puff pastry.
    Seal and trim the edges. Bake the pie in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes or until the pastry begins to brown.
