Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 tomatoes, peeled
    4 bell peppers, chopped
    4 onions, chopped
    2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a large kettle.
    Simmer until reduced to 1/2 (2 to 3 hours) on low heat.
    Pour into pint jars.
    Seal with lids and process for 20 minutes in water bath canner.
    Makes 6 pints.
