Hummus Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil, divided
    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Toast sesame seed in small skillet over low heat.
    In a blender, puree sesame seed, garlic, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup oil until smooth.
    Add chickpeas alternately with lemon juice and remaining oil.
    Stir in parsley, if desired.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Serve with toasted pita bread triangles.
