Peach Melba Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1 3/4 qt. sugar
    3 1/2 qt. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. baking powder
    7 c. nonfat milk
    3 qt. fresh blackberries
    3 qt. canned peach slices, drained
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Combine flour and baking powder.
    Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk, beating well with each addition.
    Portion about 7 cups batter into each spray-coated steam table pan.
    Portion 3 cups berries over batter. Portion 3 cups peaches over berries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool before serving.
    Cut each pan into 24 servings.
    Serves 100.
