Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter or margarine
    4 sq. chocolate or 3/4 c. cocoa + 4 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed)
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler over boiling water. Add sugar and salt.
    Mix well.
    Continue to stir while adding evaporated milk.
    Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 quart. Great for gift giving.
