Italian Beef And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef
    1 tsp. cooking oil
    1 small eggplant
    1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium tomato, peeled and cut into wedges
    1/4 c. fat-free Italian salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Thinly slice the meat into bite-size strips.
    Preheat a 10-inch micro-browning dish.
    Add meat; cook, uncovered, until meat is done.
    Set aside.
