"My Mom'S Potato Dish" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/3 to 1/2 c. green onions
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Cool them and peel, then shred the potatoes.
    Melt margarine and mix in with potatoes.
    Add cheese, salt and pepper; fold in sour cream.
    (Mix in.)
    Put in baking dish and top with paprika.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
