Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 large potatoes, washed (leave skins on)
2 large onions
1 lb. bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
Preparation

Slice potatoes (enough to fill up a large Pyrex dish) and set aside.
Slice bacon up in one inch pieces and saute with onions until bacon is crisp.
Dump potatoes into giant mixing bowl.
Dump in bacon, onions plus bacon drippings.
Add cheese, salt, pepper and 2 cups milk.
Mix well.
Dump into large Pyrex bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Poke 2 holes in top of plastic.
Cook on High for 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Serves 15.
