Strawberry Angel Food Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. jello
    20 oz. pkg. strawberries
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 angel food cake
    medium pkg. Cool Whip
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Stir in thawed strawberries, salt and sugar.
    Cool until it thickens.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
